British Airways will launch a new non-stop service from London to America's Midwest for Spring 2026.
A new service from London Heathrow to St. Louis, Missouri, will start in mid-April, making it British Airways' 27th US destination.
And, it will be the UK's only direct link to St. Louis, the airline added.
It will be a summer-season route that will operate four times weekly (on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays), departing Heathrow at 16:25 and arriving at St. Louis Lambert International at 19:30 local time. Meanwhile, the return will be an overnight flight, leaving St. Louis at 22:00 for an arrival at 12:05, UK time.
“St. Louis is a fantastic addition to our US network – it’s a destination in itself as a city with a rich history and a vibrant cultural scene, as well as a gateway to exciting destinations beyond," said Neil Chernoff, BA’s chief planning and strategy officer.

"As the only direct route from the UK, this service will open up exciting new opportunities for our customers and further strengthen ties between the UK and the US Midwest.”
British Airways announced that return fares would start from £529. It will offer World Traveller, World Traveller Plus or Club World tickets, and BA’s Club Suite will be available on selected flights.
The airline highlighted that the addition will coincide with the 100th anniversary of Route 66 (which passes through St. Louis), and, said it would be a gateway for classic fly-drive itineraries to explore the United States.
St. Louis is not among the American host cities for next summer's FIFA World Cup, but the addition of the route does potentially give another transatlantic option for fans drawing up travel plans.
It is part of a wider expansion of BA's network in the U.S. in Summer 2026, with the UK flag-carrier also upping its flight numbers to Miami, Dallas, Las Vegas, San Diego, Austin and New York.
