Carnival Cruise Line has now launched its new 2027/28 itineraries across the Caribbean and Europe, including special cruises to catch the August '27 solar eclipse.
“While there will be many ways to view the solar eclipse, seeing it from Carnival Miracle will definitely be the most fun way to do so,” said Carnival Cruise Line president Christine Duffy.
“Along with the great summer 2027 season in Europe, the combination of our large and diverse fleet and roster of US homeports allows us to bring more variety and adventure to the 2027/28 season.”
As part of its announcement, the cruise line confirmed that Carnival Miracle will be among the key ships in the schedule with sailings out of Galveston, Texas, from March 2027, for short trips to Cozumel, Mexico, as well as longer 10-day Eastern and Western Caribbean voyages.
Carnival Miracle is also slated for a 14-day transatlantic cruise to Lisbon, Portugal, before a summer of operations in Europe departing out of the UK.

Elsewhere, the Carnival Paradise and Carnival Elation ships will operate from Florida, sailing from Tampa and Jacksonville, respectively.
Florida programs feature popular Caribbean ports such as Nassau and Cozumel, private Carnival destinations like Celebration Key, Isla Tropicale and RelaxAway at Half Moon Cay.
