Everyone has their preferred travel day style, and for most of us it's all about comfort (especially if you're going long haul), so some passengers may be glad to hear about a new limited-time collaboration between Delta Air Lines and Spanx.
The pair of brands, which both call Atlanta home, announced on Monday the “SPANX for Delta” line as part of the airline's Centennial year merchandise collection.
This limited edition 'capsule' product line includes a half-zip top and matching wide leg pants, all made with SPANX AirEssentials "ultra-drapey" fabric that's designed to be breathable and soft.
Delta said the SPANX products would initially go on sale exclusively via its Delta Shop website from 1 pm on Tuesday (ET).
"We’re proud to partner with a brand that resonates with our audience and shares our passion for empowering people on the move," said Delta chief marketing officer Alicia Tillman.
"This limited-edition drop is designed for travelers who love to explore the world in style — and it’s a celebration of the elevated, welcoming experience that defines the Delta lifestyle, both in the air and on the ground.”
The SPANX collab is one of a number of eye-catching retail efforts, including the revamp of Delta Shop.
Delta noted that SkyMiles Members can also browse Delta Shop in-flight via Delta Sync Wi-Fi.
