Holland America Line is promising new headline culinary talent on its 'Grand Voyages' in 2026.
The cruise line, a Carnival brand, has said its long-distance voyages will feature special appearances and tasting events led by its Culinary Ambassadors.
Specifically, the special guests will join parts of the 133-day around-the-world trip aboard the Volendam luxury cruise ship, sailing out of Fort Lauderdale, and a 93-day circuit aboard the Zaandam vessel, departing from San Diego to Australia & New Zealand. Both voyages begin in early January 2026.
The culinary lineup will include Chef Masaharu Morimoto, who is the cruise line's global fresh fish ambassador, Seattle restaurateur and chef Ethan Stowell, celebrity chocolatier Jacques Torres, and Steve Schwartz, master tea blender and Art of Tea CEO.
"Our Grand Voyages are already among the most remarkable travel experiences in the world, and the addition of our Culinary Ambassadors and special events elevates them to a new level," said Michael Smith, Holland America senior vice president of guest experience.

"These exclusive programs give guests the rare chance to engage with culinary legends. It's an extraordinary way to pair world-class destinations with world-class flavors, creating memories that can only be found on Holland America Line."
The 133-day Grand World Voyage starts at almost $27,000 per person, staying in an inside cabin, whilst the 93-day Grand Australia & New Zealand Voyage starts at nearly $18,000 per person.
