Four-point-eight hours of sunshine, six-point-one hours of sleep and two-point-two hours of physical activity ... that's what makes the happiest holidays, according to easyJet.
The budget airline and package holiday operator has teamed up with Dr Andy Cope - the children's author, PhD, well-being expert and 'Dr of Happiness' - to come up with new research, and have arrived at a formula for holiday happiness.
Another key factor in holiday happiness, according to Dr Cope, is at least 3.9 hours away from any screens.
“Most people are living life fast, but we’re not necessarily living it well," Dr Andy Cope says.
"Holidays give us all a chance to rest, rejuvenate and come back fully charged."

The report, meanwhile, also delved into the moments when guests feel like their holiday truly gets underway.
One in five people shift into “holiday mode” as soon as their out-of-office goes on, the report claimed, while others feel it from the moment they leave home or on arrival.
On average, it takes guests two days to fully switch off - or, for a smaller minority, as much as a week or more is needed to relax completely.
The 'happiness doctor' also reckons guests need around 30% 'me time' and the other 70% of time spent with family.
If that wasn't enough insight, the easyJet research compiled a list of ten 'happiness boosting' activities.
Top of the list is time at the beach and at the pool, followed by visiting cultural monuments and eating local cuisine. Watching the sun rise or set ranks at number seven, whilst capturing holiday moments on camera come in at number nine.
"When you travel, you want to focus on what really matters –discovering new places, spending quality time with loved ones, and enjoying a well-deserved break from everyday life," easyJet Holidays director Stuart Wright said.
“At easyJet holidays, we believe the secret to a truly happy holiday lies in simplicity, inspiration, and ease.
"With over 8,000 hotels to choose from, we offer an incredible range of options for relaxation, delicious cuisine, fantastic weather, rich culture, and activities to suit everyone.”
