Jet2 adds new summer 2026 destinations in Greece and Italy

Jet2 has expanded its offering in Greece and Italy, adding new destinations and resorts for guests in summer 2026.

"Greece and Italy continue to be summer sunshine favourites, so we are adding even more choice," Jet2 CEO Steve Heapy said.

The package holiday group has, in Greece, added the Olympus Riviera - a coastal region on the Greek mainland, to the southwest of Thessaloniki, for guests flying out of Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, East Midlands, Leeds Bradford, Manchester, Newcastle International and London Stansted.

With bookings opening for stays starting in April, Jet2 offers five resorts, a range of 3 to 5 star hotels, in the Olympus Riviera - Litochoro Plaka, Platamonas, Katerini Paralia, Neoi Poroi and Olympiaki Akti.

Also in Greece, Jet2 is adding resorts in Meganisi, a small picturesque Ionian island close to the Greek mainland. Jet2 describe it as 'tranquil', 'a hidden gem' and 'one of Greece’s best kept secrets'. Guests will fly into Preveza, before transferring to Meganisi by ferry.

Meganisi packages will fly out of Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, East Midlands, London Luton, London Stansted, Manchester and Newcastle International, for trips between May and October.

For Italy, meanwhile, Jet2 is adding city breaks in Sicily's Palermo, between May and October, for departure airports including Birmingham, Manchester and Newcastle.

"The launch of these new destinations is fantastic news for customers and independent travel agents and comes in direct response to the demand we are seeing for holidays and city breaks next summer," Heapy added.
