Oceania Cruises, the luxury brand operated by Norwegian Cruise Line, has unveiled ‘the Kangaroo Route’, a four-month ‘around the world’ cruise slated to sail away in February 2027.

Starting in Sydney and ending in London, the 129-day voyage will visit 80 ports across 34 countries.

Oceania Vista, which debuted in 2023, is the luxury vessel that will host 1,200 guests for the epic voyage. It offers distinguished service, boasting two crew members for every three guests (and one chef for every eight).

Prices for the luxury cruise start at $54,999 per person. The fare includes Oceania’s ‘Prestige Package’ which bundles shore excursions, premium drinks, visas, luggage delivery, and access to shoreside events.

Guests aboard Vista enjoy all-veranda accommodations and gourmet dining across 11 restaurants.

The ‘Kangaroo Route’ will see guests begin their journey along the magnificent coastlines of Australia, before spending more than two months exploring the wonders of Asia (including ports in Indonesia, Japan, Singapore and India), before sailing to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha, and then Egypt.

Once in Europe, Vista will visit sun-kissed Spain, Greece and Italy, including a call in Sicily and the Italian Riviera, along with France’s Côte d'Azur and the English shores.

"Our new Kangaroo Route, crafted from the epic 2027 Around the World cruise, is much more than a voyage – it's a rare invitation to experience a vast part of the world with the comfort, warmth, sophistication and exceptional cuisine that Oceania Cruises is renowned for," Oceania’s chief luxury officer Jason Montague said in a statement.four-month
