We had our wedding at the Diamond Coast Hotel on March 21st, and honestly, we could not have asked for a better experience from start to finish.
Matthew, the General Manager, made us feel genuinely welcome — and always took the time to check in with us when he met us, which gave such a personal touch and reassurance throughout the whole process.
A huge thank you also to the incredible wedding coordinator Mary Clarke, whose warm, friendly, and approachable manner made the entire journey so enjoyable and stress-free. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and her calm, positive energy made such a difference in the lead-up to our big day.
On the day itself, she was exceptional — quietly taking care of all the little details behind the scenes, making sure everything ran smoothly, and keeping the bridal party in great spirits throughout. Her kindness, calmness, and positive energy made such a difference, and we will always remember how supported she made us feel.
The staff on the day were so friendly, professional, and attentive. So many of our guests commented on how well looked after they felt, and everything ran so efficiently because of the team behind the scenes.
The food was absolutely fabulous and received so many compliments from our guests. From the meal itself to the overall service, everything was beautifully presented and thoroughly enjoyed, which added so much to the day.
A special mention as well to Yvonne, who was so helpful the day after the wedding when we were gathering all of our bits and pieces we had dropped off for the day — that extra kindness and support meant a lot when everything was winding down.
The Diamond Coast Hotel gave us such a special wedding experience, and we are so grateful to everyone who played a part in making it such a memorable day for us and our families.
