Wedding Package

We attended my neice's wedding here. Shockingly we were served out of date bottled beer that was included in her package. There was no where near enough seating after the ceremony which resulted in a breast feeding mother sitting on the floor while staff looked on. ( This was rectified after family went and got more chairs). A ceiling tile fell from the roof narrowly missing guests. The Bridal party that arrived on the morning of the ceremony (travelled from down South) were not allowed to book in to their rooms until 3 30 pm. There was a massive lack of communication at breakfast causing the overstaying guests to not be able to sit together. Overall, the experience was dampened and disappointing for the family, although on the day all of the family tried hard to hide all of this from the Bride & Groom.

Unfortunately, I'm unable to recommend this hotel. Reception desk customer service/welcome was very average, The 'unclear' parking charge is a joke Bedroom is very tired and ironing board cover was in a bad state Breakfast was good and the friendliest member of staff was one of the cleaners

Lovey stay

My son wanted a trip to Drayton manor theme park for his birthday so to make it extra special we stayed in the parks hotel. Once we had checked in and received our complimentary fast pass tickets we made our way to our room in the presidential area. The room was a decent size, fairly modern, really clean, there was plenty of complimentary tea and coffee and it did feel comfortable in there….BUT….worst bed I have ever slept in is an understatement. The springs had completely gone and you found yourself rolling into the middle of the bed. If I’d been staying more nights I would have requested a different bed. The following morning we went down to breakfast and this was my highlight of the stay, food was fresh, hot and absolutely delicious, I ended up having 2 full plates…and a Danish pastry. We didn’t see much else of the hotel as our priority was to get to the rides in the park but I must say the stay at the hotel added to the brilliant experience we had. It was very clean, staff were brilliant and my son had a great time…Big win.

Hotel was brilliant, great outdoor space as well with a park for the kids to play. Sir topham Hatt was at breakfast too

Excellent value for money.

Stayed for one night and was pleasantly surprised, couldn’t fault it, excellent value for money. Room was spacious and very clean, breakfast provided plenty of choice. Would recommend.
