Margaret O'Reilly birthday surprise and weekend stay!

An excellent hotel that always goes above and beyond to ensure great service. My son and daughter in law had their wedding in the Tower and my husband and I have been staying regularly since. We love it and are always so looked after by Caroline on reception and all the wonderful staff. My son and niece organised a surprise birthday dinner for me in March and once again Caroline and all at the Tower went above and beyond to give my family a night to remember. We were given a fab space in the restaurant. We were never rushed and were treated so well all night and all weekend. The food and service were excellent and the atmosphere and the warmth with which we were all treated all weekend was just incredible. Flowers on arrival for my birthday and a weekend to remember. Could not recommend the Tower highly enough!

Weekend stay

Couldn't fault anything the staff were very friendly and Couldn't do enough for us. We dined in restaurant and bar both night and the food was excellent very tasty and the staff were very attentive. The breakfast was amazing everything you could want. The room were very clean and such comfy beds and pillows. We definitely would could back again and highly recommend the Tower Hotel for a stay.

Birthday Stay

Just back from a very enjoyable stay at theTower Hotel, Waterford. The hotel is ideal for a break. We have to give a big thank you to all the staff who are a credit to the management team. For the dining room and bar staff, the chefs, the breakfast team, the housekeeping staff and the reception staff, especially Susie, thank you for making the stay so enjoyable.

Lovely experience with staff

Lovely experience at the tower on St.Patricks Day. We were greeted in the function room by a lovely Bradley, he went out of his way from his fellow colleagues to greet us and really was so helpful to me and my young son and family. The night went on and my son got a little fussy which Bradley went out of his way to accommodate him . We really appreciate it, he made our night so easy and enjoyable. A big thank you to him and everyone in the tower!
