Good food but really bad service

6 of us went for dinner 5 for steak on the stone which was absolutely gorgeous the pepper sauce is amazing the sides of mash and fried onion and mushroom were very small. 1 person had the Cajun chicken burger which they said was gorgeous. Food was fab but the service was terrible had to go up and ask for menus and then ask to get drinks for our table. Then had to ask again could we place an order for the food all this while the waitress was chatting at the bar not doing much work as it wasn’t busy. When we did get food it was delicious. But again service just let everything down no one asked was everything okay or do we need anything else. When we finished our meal we had to move the plates from our table to an empty one to make room and them ask for them to be cleared away.

Terrible carvery food

Went here for Sunday carvery and to say the place has gone downhill is an understatement no atmosphere in the place, quality of the food is poor meat cooked to f**k mash and veg tasteless and charging top dollar for crap.. ordered a sticky toffee pudding for desert and got charged 6 euro not even a bit of cream or I cream with it shocking. I won't be back, avoid this place if you want a decent carvery

Gangster s**thole. Rude staff, even when asked basic questions. Bar was closed earlier than advertised to my family who had booked for a party, but drinks were still being served past this point to a bunch of cokehead locals - shameful and shambolic attempt at customer service. Just go anywhere else

Not nice experience

Don't go there. Not nice experience. If possible go to different places. The Gest is most important person in the Restaurant. I don't receive that attitude in this place. The person behind the bar ar not able to give me 3 drink at the same time. I will never back there. John Deere
