Guests heading to Volcano Bay this fall (autumn) can splash into the night, as Universal Orlando is bringing back its party nights from 5 September.
'Volcano Bay Nights', a separately ticketed event, will give guests exclusive Friday-night access to water park - with limited-capacity, lower wait times, special meet-n-greets, food and drink, and even a live DJ.
The live DJ hosts the 'Beach Bash' on Waturi Beach.
What beach party is complete without VIPs? ... And, at Volcano Bay Nights, the special appearances come in the form of everyone's favourite pesky kids.
Scooby-Doo, Shaggy, Velma, Fred and Daphne will make in-park appearances at the event, alongside rarely seen villains like the Ghost Clown. Guests can also capture the fun with photo ops at the iconic Mystery Machine.
Certain food and drink items are included in the event ticket, including complimentary Churro Bites (with Mango or Chocolate dip) and Golden Pineapple & Coconut Popcorn, plus guests can enjoy unlimited refills of Coca-Cola beverages in a Volcano Bay Freestyle Souvenir Cup during the event.
On top of that, the water park's food and drinks spots - Dancing Dragons Boat Bar, Whakawaiwai Eats, Kunuku Boat Bar and The Feasting Frog, Kohola Reef Restaurant & Social Club, Koka Poroka Ice Cream Kona - will be open, selling also some specialty menu items.

Ticket-holding guests can enter Volcano Bay during regular park hours, from 4:00 pm, with the limited-capacity event kicking off at 7:00 pm until 11:00 pm. Tickets cost $99 plus tax per person and include standard self-parking; Universal Orlando Passholders get 10% off with a valid pass and photo ID.
Guests who want an upgraded experience can book a private cabana for the event, with the concierge huts priced from $279.99.
