Nice hotel

This is a really good hotel overall. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the rooms were modern, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was especially lovely and made for a great night’s sleep. I honestly can’t fault the hotel itself. The pool was nice and the breakfast was perfectly fine with a good selection. However, if you’re planning to use this hotel for a trip to Disney Paris, I personally found it quite far out. They do provide a free shuttle, but it tends to be very crowded and the journey is over 20 minutes. There’s also not much nearby within walking distance, and taxis can be expensive (around €30). If you want to visit the Val d’Europe shopping area, I’d recommend getting an Uber instead, which is much more reasonable at around €12. Overall, a great hotel with excellent facilities—just something to keep in mind regarding the location.

Perfect!

Perfect stay couldn’t even find one thing to complain about. Got this at a very good price we were visiting Disneyland for 2 days. They run free shuttle busses very regularly the staff are very nice and helpful and make sure you use there facilities to full use. Room was spacious and very clean. Perfect pool was big and relaxing everything very clean. Food was great from resteraunt

Good Disney break

We stayed here for 3 nights (Friday-Monday) on our visit to Disney with our 2 year old. The hotel itself is very modern and much nicer than other hotels we have stayed at around DLP. The room was very spacious and had everything you needed both as a room and an apartment. For the price we paid for the stay I was very impressed. The hotel is located in the middle of an industrial estate with nothing around it however this should be fairly obvious if you do your research on booking. The hotel do run a shuttle bus to and from the parks which we used every day and you can find the time schedules at reception. The first bus of the day at 9am is absolutely packed and everyone who is waiting to get on it will not all fit. We always ensured we were quick to board once it arrived but those a bit slower to react were left behind. A problem that could easily be resolved by adding another bus or by managing passengers i.e. ensuring all prams are actually folded down and not taking up about half the aisle! The last shuttle busses of the evening to return meant you either had to leave the fireworks 5 minutes early to make it or wait around half an hour after the fireworks finished. We opted for the first one based on being at the parks from opening and just wanting to get back so I cannot comment on how busy the very last bus was. I opted to pay for the buffet breakfast to save the hassle of having to worry about food when arriving at the park but I can't say I was overly impressed. While there was a decent selection of pastries and cereal, the hot food left a lot to be desired for and the coffee out the machine was rubbish. We had dinner the first night at the hotel and it was nice although I felt the service for French guests to be completely different to that of visitors from the UK. We didn't get a chance to use the pool and spa however we found the rest of the hotel to be clean and up to the expected standards. My only other gripe was the "security deposit" on check in. I seen this in other reviews before staying and it annoyed me that we were potentially going to have to do the same. You are charged 150 euros to your card on check in which has only just been released back to me 11 days later! Far from ideal when you've just spent the money you have going away. All in all this is a nice hotel and a strong option if you're looking for somewhere cheaper than one of the Disney hotels. Far from perfect and lots of small improvements could be made but for the money paid I highly doubt you'll find much better in the area.

Horrible

What a terrible hotel. Filthy, very pushy. We stayed here for the second time after the first time didn't suit us either, so we thought we'd give it another chance. The rooms were too dirty for words. It was clearly visible that the staff (cleaners) had been smoking. The beds weren't made on the second day and the bathroom wasn't cleaned either. Our stuff was thrown on the floor; the electric toothbrush was lying on the floor in the room and not in the bathroom. On top of that, we were called like crazy several times a day by the reception asking if everything was okay. After complaining repeatedly, the answer was every time... thanks you. The French refuse to understand and speak English, or they force you to speak and understand French. That works fine now... sometimes you have to play dumb a bit to hear what they say about you. Is this a Disney-related hotel? Never. We will never come again. The breakfast was also too dirty. Spoiled yogurt and filthy old croissants. It made me extremely nauseous. More people complained, but nothing is being done about it. Very, very bad. Not worth 1 star.
