Universal Epic Universe has announced it will soon launch a new nightly spectacular, the Universal Celestial Goodnight.
Universal Orlando Resort said the show, which is due to begin on 7 July, is expected to envelop Celestial Park with dancing fountains, large-scale lighting effects, building to a fireworks finale.
The production is due to use nearly 600 synchronised light fixtures, Universal highlighted in the announcement, detailing that more than 350 fountains and seven million LED lights are embedded across the park, and the show will be timed and synchronised to a high-energy musical score.
Universal Orlando said the choreography will light key areas of the park from Luna to Apollo before culminating in the pyrotechnic finale.
It added that the new show pays tribute to characters and worlds accessible through Epic Universe’s portals, including SUPER NINTENDO WORLD, How to Train Your Dragon, Isle of Berk, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Ministry of Magic, and the Universal Monsters of Dark Universe.
For guests heading to Epic Universe this summer, it promises to be a bright and vibrant park-closing spectacle.
