Jet2 has announced it will roll out new AI personalisation experiences on its customer-facing app, myJet2, via a new partnership with Adobe, the company behind Photoshop, the Premiere video editor, and old-school PDF file readers.

Using AI tooling from Adobe's CX Enterprise Coworker, which uses agentic AI, the airline and package holiday company said it aims to help colleagues deliver on‑brand personalised experiences at scale.

It will tap into Adobe’s customer experience orchestration to surface tailored destination suggestions, offers and in‑holiday itinerary ideas.

“Working with Adobe will enable us to serve our customers even better, using the power of AI to make every interaction more personal, more relevant, more timely and always helpful,” David Hills, Chief Customer Officer at Jet2, said.

Jet2 will work with Adobe under a multi‑year partnership links its 10 million myJet2 customers, and the travel company's staff will access Adobe tools including its Firefly Foundry, which allows users to create custom AI models, Adobe Brand Intelligence to maintain brand standards across content workflows, as well as Adobe’s content supply chain capabilities and optimisation to support content production and AI search for trip research.

It says the partnership will allow Jet2 to build and scale new AI‑driven services to match customers with suitable holidays.
