There are two things that most guests ask themselves between booking their flights and counting down to travel day, one is what movie am I going to watch on the flight; the other is what snacks am I going to eat!
Guests booked to travel with American Airlines can answer the second, as the operator has announced a new range of complementary light bites for folks with a Main Cabin ticket, on select flights, from early October.
American's new lineup of free in-flight snacks mixes some favorites as well as new additions.
Morning flights will continue to feature Biscoff cookies alongside Lavazza coffee, and also 'Goldfish' will now be offered as a sweet-and-savory morning option.

bImage courtesy of American AirlinesLater in the day passengers will also bag some Goldfish alongside Tate’s Bake Shop chocolate chip cookies and Peterson’s savory and sweet snack mix.
"Small details can make a meaningful difference in the travel experience, especially the familiar touches customers look forward to throughout their journey," said American’s Chief Customer Officer Heather Garboden.
American said the snack selections will rotate over time based on customer feedback and that flyers can expect more choices in 2027.
The snack refresh accompanies other onboard changes announced by the airline, including centennial-inspired inflight menus and new California wines.
