American Airlines has teamed up with David Beckham's Inter Miami as a key sponsor for a hospitality space at the Florida-based MLS soccer club's Nu Stadium.
In the stadium's West Stand will be the American Lounge, spanning more than 1,800 seats, which will also give exclusive perks to the airline's AAdvantage loyalty membership program.
Perks will include pitchside access for the second half, full matchday packages with travel and accommodation, organised away-match travel with American, and the option to redeem air miles for select match tickets and experiences.
Also, the partnership is expected to leverage American’s Miami hub and Latin America and Caribbean network to connect fans travelling to and from South Florida.
"American Airlines and Inter Miami share a belief in the power of connection: bringing people together across cultures and borders," Inter Miami CF President of Business Operations Xavier Asensi said.
American said it will also appear across club content, run community-focused initiatives with the club and hold an annual American Theme Night, with the first scheduled for 14 October.
