Starboard has partnered with Carnival Cruise Line and Diageo to introduce a limited-edition single-barrel Bulleit Bourbon aboard Carnival ships this summer.

Starboard said the bottle will be available exclusively in retail stores on 14 Carnival ships and priced at $59.99.

The barrel was personally selected in January by Lisa Bauer, Starboard’s president and CEO, and Christine Duffy, president of Carnival Cruise Line, at Starboard’s Unleash the Potential Summit.

“Personalized, immersive experiences such as premium spirits tastings hold great appeal for Carnival guests,” said Lisa Bauer.

The image features a bottle of Bulleit Bourbon Frontier Whiskey alongside a glass of whiskey, set against a stylized background. The design celebrates the 250th anniversary of America, highlighting the limited edition release of the bourbon.

The whisky is presented as a single-barrel pick from Diageo and is described as showing bright fruit notes with crisp floral elements on the nose, delicate spice on the palate, a refined silky mouthfeel and a softer spice finish balanced by a smooth, rounded body.

The edition ties into Carnival’s A250 summer celebrations marking America’s 250th anniversary.

The bottle will be sold only on Carnival Celebration, Carnival Dream, Carnival Firenze, Carnival Freedom, Carnival Horizon, Carnival Jubilee, Carnival Legend, Carnival Magic, Carnival Miracle, Carnival Panorama, Carnival Pride, Carnival Sunrise, Carnival Sunshine and Carnival Venezia.
