Carnival Cruise Line has unveiled The Next Course, a fleetwide culinary programme of new restaurants, bars and dining features that it says will debut on Carnival Festivale in 2027.

The new dining options will then follow aboard Carnival Tropicale in 2028, before rolling out across other cruise ships in the fleet.

“Our latest culinary adventure marks a bold step forward,” Christine Duffy, president of Carnival Cruise Line, said.

The Next Course line-up includes Emeril’s Coastal Seafood, Uku Lei Lei, Fetaccine and Le Bistro Musicale, the latter presented as an exclusive on Carnival Festivale.

The Carnival Festivale vessel will also add new bar outlets titled The Spark, Mix and Festival Grounds Coffee & Bar.

Meanwhile, the cruiseline detailed that fleetwide enhancements cover refreshed Main Dining Room menus for breakfast, brunch and dinner, a new Lido Family Menu, rotating BlueIguana Cantina specials, Bagels @ Sea, a revamped Chef’s Table menu, pop-up breakfast and ice-cream bars, expanded mobile coffee order-and-pickup and an express dining option in the Main Dining Room.

The new venues and menu changes arrive with Carnival Festivale in 2027 and Carnival Tropicale in 2028.
