Universal Orlando Resort will stage Halloween Horror Nights 35 at Universal Studios Florida for 48 select nights from August 28 through November 1, transforming the park into the Infernal Carnival of Nightmares.
The event has announced 10 haunted houses so far and casts Jack the Clown and his rival Dr. Oddfellow as the carnival’s ringmasters.
Two of the announced houses are tie-ins: Sinners, inspired by the 2025 Oscar-winning original horror film, sends guests to a 1930s Mississippi Delta club overrun by red-eyed vampires, and Stranger Things places visitors into the fifth and final season with sets including the Wheeler House, Hawkins National Laboratory, MAC-Z and the Abyss while they are hunted by Vecna.
Original-concept houses include Jack and Oddfellow: Chaos & Control, which traces Jack’s origin before he and Dr. Oddfellow join forces; INVASION: Alien Abduction, about an aggressive unseen alien craft that has taken a family and livestock; H.R. Bloodengutz Presents: A Halloween Fright-Tacular!, with the escaped TV horror host returning to WKNB; MADLANDS: Caged Cannibals, set in a post-apocalyptic zoo where humans prey on humans; and Cybergoria, set thousands of years in the future where machines harvest human flesh after cryo-sleep.
Universal Orlando said further details, including the three remaining haunted houses, scare zones and live entertainment, will be revealed soon.
